Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging
- The return request must be initiated within the specified time frame
- The product must not be activated or registered to a user account
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@95dot.com with your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund
Return Fee
A nominal return processing fee of ₹100 will apply to cover pickup, exchange, and related logistics including handling and packaging.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Store Credit: For standard returns due to dissatisfaction, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Full Refund: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a full monetary refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We offer:
- Free product exchange — we will ship a replacement at no cost
- Full refund — if you prefer not to exchange, we will process a full refund with no return fee
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- NFC cards or tags that have been activated and linked to a user profile
- Customized products with personalized designs or logos
- Digital products or subscriptions
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, if the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
Refund Timeline
- Store credit: Instant upon receipt of returned item
- Bank/UPI refund: 7-10 business days after approval
- Credit card refund: 10-15 business days (depends on your bank)
