At 95dot, we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 6-12 hours of order confirmation during business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (India): 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Metro Cities: 2-3 business days after dispatch
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- International Orders: 7-14 business days depending on the destination country
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all domestic orders within India. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Shipping Partners
We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Our shipping partners include Delhivery, BlueDart, and other premium courier services.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status:
- From your dashboard under the “Orders” section
- Using the tracking link sent to your email
- By contacting our support team with your Order ID
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (which may incur additional shipping charges).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing an order. 95dot is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@95dot.com.
Damaged During Shipping
If you receive a package that appears damaged during transit, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
- Take photos of the damaged product(s)
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@95dot.com with your Order ID and photos
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for any products damaged during shipping.
